About me

Hi everyone!  I'm Peyton, the pit bull puppy and I'm available for adoption!  I'm about 8 months old, which means I am a goofy-silly-steal-your-socks-but-sleep-through-the-night sort of puppy.  My fosters tell me I am calm for my age, and am great with other dogs and kids (who also seem to love me!).  I'm good in my crate, walk nicely on my leash, and, well, oh-so-lovable.

Lost Dog rescued me from the Philadelphia city shelter, where I was left behind by people who no longer wanted me.  Luckily, while I was at the shelter some nice volunteers befriended me (and taught me great tricks, like sit, lay down, and how to walk on a leash!) and told my rescuers what a great boy I was.  Today I'm in a foster home in Virginia, learning all the tricks to being a good young pup (and maybe also stealing a flip flop or two).

My shelter mug shot.  I think it's pretty handsome, all things considered!
Check back here to find out more about my escape from Philadelphia, adventures in my foster home, or to meet me and help me find my forever home!
